Clarity that strengthens your decisions.

People attend genetic counselling for different reasons. I provide you with the space to ask questions, explore your thoughts, and understand the science more clearly.

What is Genetic Counselling?

Genetic counselling is a structured and supportive discussion, designed to help you understand how genetics may impact your health, family, and future. In essence it’s aimed at bringing clarity to complex information, help you make sense of your options, and support your thinking without directing it.

When You Might Consider Genetic Counselling

  • You are planning on growing your family and want to explore genetic information or you have a family history of an inherited condition and want to understand potential risks and your options.

  • You wish to learn about pre-implantation genetic testing in the context of in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment.

  • You are exploring the use of donated gametes (donor eggs/sperm) and want to understand carrier testing results.
